Sea Test Base : ashore base

Ashore base in the French Naval Academy in Lanvéoc, on 1200m² with a secure perimeter fence (trespass and fire alarm systems) included :
- 15m² air-conditionned and secured office
- 30m² secured dry lab with seafront view
- Ethernet and Wifi networks, audioconference system, computers, laser printer, video projector, ?
- 100m² multi-purposeshed with large doors equipped with workbench, usual tools, 220/240VAC 50Hz single phase and 380/400VAC 50Hz 3-phase, WiFi network, heated clothes drying lockers
- two 12m height rotating masts equipped with long range WiFi directionnal antennas, any other devices on request
- Access to the French Naval Academy marina with pontoon and water slipway
- material handling equipment : 40-ton truck crane, forklift, pallet jack, ?
On-site facilities : fridge, microwave, coffe machine, showers, WC
