Molecular Screening Platform Kissf
Main activity
Our facility is specialized in the characterization by screening of small chemical inhibitors of disease- related protein kinases (PKs). A panel of PKs is used to detect new bioactivities of the submitted chemical compounds (synthetic or natural extracts). More precisely, the human kinases selected are therapeutic targets involved notably in mitosis and programmed cell death.

Description
Use of protein kinases as targets of therapeutic interest. The platform offers studies punctuating the "Hit to Lead" strategy. It can perform massive screening of large collections of molecules (collections of more than 10,000 products can be submitted), it can determine 50% inhibitory concentration of activity (IC50) and affinity constants (Kd).

The KISSf platform provides its equipment. Prior training is provided before use and support is provided by the staff of the platform.
