ISblue Thematic Group on low COAST (Cost-effective / Open source / Accessible / Sustainable Technologies) instrumentation for oceanographic observation. This ISblue-HUB inter-institute thematic group (CNRS / Ifremer / IRD / UBO) aims to take stock of the potential for integrating the "low COAST" concept into coastal ocean observation. The aim is to characterise the technologies, techniques and strategies assimilated at low cost at all stages of the data production process and to assess their relevance with a view to their assimilation into the ISblue community.
