Conventional techniques of fixation, dehydration, inclusion and cuts for ultrastructural analysis. immunocytochemical technique with colloidal gold immunolabeling. Cryo-techniques with cryo-fixation, cryo-substitution and cryo-sections. Negative staining of macromolecules and cell fractions.
The Roscoff Marine Station is a research and teaching centre for marine biology and ecology. It depends on the CNRS and Sorbonne University.
