GENOMER : Genomics Core Facility
Main activity
The Genomer platform develops applications related to environmental research topics: analysis of intraspecific diversity (population genomics, SNP discovery, high throughput genotyping), genomics and transcriptomics. Beyond high throughput sequencing, the platform is involved in the development of protocols in relation to the specificities of marine model organisms.
After a specific training, the users have direct access to state-of-the-art equipment at the platform.
